I am an operational excellence professional with experience at all levels of the organization.
At a strategic level I work with business directors and site managers to understand the strategic direction of their business or site and then work with them and their leadership team to execute the strategy. I'm also a certified Lego Serious Play practitioner, which is a wonderful tool for strategic discussions.
At a tactical level I implement the appropriate methode (Lean, Six sigma, Kepner Tregoe) framworks (ISO 9001:2015) to guide the execution of processes improvement or compliance guidelines (eg GDPR) depending on the needs of the company. I've executed projects that usually span several departments to solve a problem or realize a cost saving. I do this by working with the team to understand the process from the beginning to the end, then I lead them through a prioritization of the areas that need to be further investigated and finally we agree on the actions necessary to realize our objectives. I firmly believe that analyzing the data related to problem, what I call the Y’s and the X’s is key to understanding the root cause of a problem. Several of my projects have received internal awards.
At an operational level I coach green belts and lead Kaizen events to improve day to day operations. I deliver training in Lean six sigma which I truly enjoy. I am passionate about Lean six sigma and I’m energized by “seeing” the difference my work makes.
