The Pop in My Job:
Having worked in chemical industry companies for a long time before joining Microsoft, I understand how challenging transformation processes and the current disruptions in the ecosystem we are facing can be – from a technology and organization point of view. Being part of Microsoft now, what drives me every day is the opportunity to be a partner for our industry customers, enabling them on their transformational journey. To solve big challenges like sustainability or worker shortages, I see technology going hand in hand with a change of mindset, organizational and cultural transformation. Cloud computing, AI, IoT, mixed reality and digital twins are the enabling layer for consistent improvements and key in shaping the future of R&D, production, customer engagements and the way we collaborate and work within our ecosystems to achieve more with less.
